how many of yous have crafty moms?
my momma is always knitting, or quilting… or making stuff for craft shows and fairs… it’s good that she has something to keep her aging mind crisp… but sometimes i worry about her!… like… she has a whole room in her house dedicated to dolls she’s made or collected to show of the clothes she’s made for them all… and every wall of the room is lined in fabric shelves with… oh idk… id say thousands of fabric samples….
is that normal? to have so much fabric and a room full of dolls???
she’s even gonna be an hour late picking me up cause she just HAD to stop at a fabric sale… lol… oh momma….
Mama-Mia… my mom drives all teh way to the US for Johann’s stores!… she even convinced them to send her their fliers in the mail…
My mom was crafty but grandma was more so. It’s normal to collect things and it’s normal to have them sitting around where people can see them. Our home is suppose to be made up of things we like, it’s called personalization…
