My 18 year old son likes playing with doll houses. He pretends the barbies are going to prom. What shall i do?

I went home one day to find him playing wedding with his barbie and ken. He puts make up on them and just pretends like they are real people. He will put two barbies in the hot tub and pretend like it’s real life. I don’t know what to do. Please comment on this because I’m really scared that he might be… you know.
