How do you identify the maker, age, etc of a vintage geisha doll?
I have 3 Geisha dolls that I know nothing about…and have been unable to locate any maker’s marks, etc. More like I’m afraid to look under their kimonos, for fear of tearing them or something…where would I look on the doll for any identification? And also to determine what if anything it means…like one has some hats, one a sprig of tree blossom…
