Where can I find do it yourself miniature projects for my dollhouses?

I do make quite a bit and also purchase some but I would like some more ideas. I need to know how I can make fish and seafood, meats and hanging meats for a butcher shop, Victorian era clothing patterns (to fit dolls 5 to 61/2 inches) and easily made furniture. All needs to be on the scale of 1″ = 1′ Thanks!!!
