knitting pattern for a teddy bear?
ive been knitting a little bit on and off for 3 years and i really need a good pattern for free for a teddy bear or doll. i tried making my own pattern as i usually do but it didnt turn out so well. oh and if the gauge makes a big diffrence can some one explain the point of a gauge? i cant controll how lose/ tight i knit!

You usually need to check the gauge of the stitches to see if they will make the correct size you need to have your project be the right size when you are done.
