How often should I send a care package to my military man?
He’s not overseas in the war but he’s 2,000 miles away for the next 6 months. I’ll probably get to visit a couple times while he’s there too. I’m looking forward to sending him all kinds of stuff, sweet stuff like home baked cookies, etc. but also funny stuff like a blow up doll and other “things of that nature”, just little surprises for him… but I don’t want to overdo it. We have a good relationship but he always has liked his space too, I learned that very quickly with him lol. so…I don’t want to come off as clingy. How often is good to send him things? Also any tips on dealing with a long distance relationship even if it is only short term? Thank you!!

I know you mean well honey but just stick to the “home cooking”, ok?? Do you write poetry?? Try some, it makes for excellent reading especially if you want to send a coded message to him and are afraid the “guys” there will tease him over it, you can be very provacative and still seem civil..:-))))
Maybe his favorite magazine? Or a card? You can send e-cards if he had internet access.. Just some cool ideas for you, hope it fits for you?! GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!
