i need ideas for planning my sweet sixteen?

any ideas my theme is all pink and lots of glitter . kinda like a barbie, glam, hollywood, girlie type thing. i was thinking of maybe having a photo-shoot area but how would i do that like what would i have and for everything else what would i be able to do using that theme like decorating, games, dress, etc…. please help me out !! also i dont have a big budget so i am trying to keep the price low

You should get a two or three tier cake. Most grocery stores can make custom cakes cheaper than what bakeries charge

Go to a dollar store and you can find cheap plates, cups, plastic silverware, streamers, and lots of decorating stuff.
