I’m looking for a baby doll for my son?
I’m currently about 4 and a half months pregnant and I have a 19 month old that does not treat babies very well. lol. I was trying to find a baby doll, boy or girl, that cries when its hungry so you have to give it a bottle, need its diaper changed, giggles when its tickled, says small words, and other small basic stuff. I just want an interactive baby doll that i can show my son how to take care of just like when his sibling arrives. And I’m not worried about dolls for kids under 3 or anything like that. Any doll that you can suggest will be helpful. Ive already looked at Amazing Amanda, Baby Sweet Touch, Baby Born, Baby Alive, and a bunch of others but nothing seems to be what I’m looking for. Thank You in advance!!
Skip the interactive doll. Just get him a simple baby doll. It allows for more imaginative play. A doll will never be able to realistically imitate an actual baby, and it’s not like your son needs to learn how to change the new baby’s diaper or anything.
You have another 4-5 months before the baby arrives. Just keep trying to give him time around actual babies as the opportunity arises, and play with a regular baby doll.
