I want an american girl doll what should I do?

My mom won’t buy me one, but like everyone has one, I had one bofore so I have all the clothes and furniture, and stuff like that but when I moved it got lost and it is no where to be seen! What should I do. Plus my mom said it is proably at storage in New Jersey and were not going there until 2 years and I moved to Indiana what should I do, what could I use for an american girl doll?
