I’m looking for information on a wooden paper Shirley Temple doll. It has wooden pegs to hang doll clothes on

I’ve seen them on ebay, but haven’t been able to find out anything about them. Some I’ve seen appear to be homemade using 1930′s paper dolls, but I’ve also heard of a set that was supposedly advertised in a late 1990′s Speigal’s Catalog, but I’ve never seen the set or the advertisment.
