How to look totally Hot…Barbie kinda image?

- I’m only 15,but i need a makeover!! :’(
my hair is dyed a medium brown colour and is to my shoulders(im saving for extensions though)
i like neon colours,leg warmers,BRIGHT..in your face makeup,tracsuit pants,and just a coat or jacket or something that hides away your figure i guess.. when i say hott,i mean blonde hair,dresses,heels,tan,bright glittery sparkely makeup,curling irons etc.. 
don’t hate,i wear foundation eyeliner mascara a clear lipgloss and sometimes fake tan….(never wore spray tan tho) i wear a sparkly silver eyeshadow or glittery,pink and gold glitter etc..
a need an urgent makeover(i don’t wan’t to look like a tr@mp,just atractive and don’t answer unless your gunna help)
