Any idea’s for typically English gifts to take to Russia?
I am visiting my exchange partner and her family in Moscow soon, and I need to take some presents over with me. She’s already been over here, so she’s got all the stuff such as I <3 London T-Shirts etc, and when she came she brought stuff like Russian Matrioshka dolls, Bracelets, Chocolates, Jewelry Boxes, Face creams for my mum , I <3 Moscow T-shirts etc, so I need to take quite a bit of stuff with me! Things like Tea, and Cadbury's Chocolate, Fudge, Toffee etc are a given, but I need other idea's!
Russian’s like real chocolate, so take something like Green & Blacks, not Dairy-milk. Admittedly Scottish, but a nice whisky from one of the small Highland distilleries would be good for her father. Bath and body gifts are always well received (Russians are very clean). Molton Brown are made in England! http://www.moltonbrown.co.uk/store/index.jsp
