Iphone shipping lost by fed ex. Now what?
I ordered an iPhone at an ATT store on July 16. They estimated 7-21 days for shipping. Online at order status, they placed the order on July 25 and it was shipped via Fed Ex July 26. However, the package has been “sitting” in Reno Fed Ex for the last 11 days. I called fed ex and they said the iPhone is missing. My card has been charged, but no iPhone. ATT is not answering or returning my calls. WHAT DO I DO NOW???? I am out 200 dollars, with no phone. HELP!
If the phone was insured when shipped by Fed Ex, they should refund your money.
If it wasn’t, then ATT should pay.
