Apparently some of you did’nt understand the question about the 3.00 gasoline.?
I am aware that most of us need our cars or trucks to go to work. I drive my own. But I see so many cars headed to the same place with only one person in them. I have seen people place a plastic doll in the seat in order to uses the carpool lanes. If we only drove our cars when absolutely necessary and walked rode a bike, or pulled a little red wagon to the grocery store for a jug of milk or loaf of bread. We would save so much fuel. I know that many of us live in rural areas and that it is impossible to not drive, but we can do all of our errands in one trip instead of making several. If each of us would do what we can to save fuel, we’d have a cleaner planet, cheaper fuel, and we’d be healthier people. Hope I did’nt offend anyone but apparently I did. Sorry!
I’m all with you. My wife and I walk or ride my bike to the store when possible. But, most people can’t do that.
I think the point you were trying to make was that if we all just put a little thought into it, we could find ways to save a trip here or there and that does add up.
