My 2 and a bit week old kitten isn’t getting enough milk and I will need formula for it.?

How do I know what formula to get without going to the vet and getting that pricey appointment cost? We just recently went there and got antibiotics and put a kitten (rumble) in for intensive care but sadly it died. So we are trying to save the last kitten of the litter. The mother doesn’t seem to be producing enough milk. Help please! Mother is a purebred rag doll and we don’t know what the father is. Rumble died of fading syndrome and we think the last one is showing some symptoms. Does that change anything about the formula? We are giving it antibiotics atm.
