I wanna be the the puppet doll from the Saw movies for Halloween, but how would i do it?

I know its kinda early to be planning out my halloween costume, but i was watching Saw 3 yesterday and decided i want to be the puppet from it! I cant just run out and get a tux so how would i put this together? I know what i wanna do with the makeup, thats simple but im not 100% on what i should wear or what i should do with my hair. (i was thinking just tease it all out since the dolls is a mess) so i need some good ideas [:

Red contacts, red lipstick in circles on your cheeks,powder all over your face.
Black jacket, white tee shirt, if your dad has a bow tie, use it. Black skinny jeans. Black mary janes, or black loafers. If you dont have black hair get some spray coloring stuff from a dollar store and spray it all over. Then get hair spray and let your hair down. Take random pieces of hair and spray it until it sticks the way you want it to. Repeat that.
