So a summary: 12 yrs old female size small Actually, i’ll take up to 60$ FULL LENGTH DRESS! Parasol would be nice! But not necessary. Wear a crinoline or a hoop skirt under the dress to keep it “fluffy”. Some princess dresses have a casing built in that a hoop will slide into.
