Do you ever find yourself going overboard buying toys for your little one?
My daughter is almost 17 months old and for Christmas she got all kinds of toys. Not a huge giant amount but she’s not lacking toys, that’s for sure. I shouldn’t buy her anymore toys since we just just Christmas but I keep feeling like she is bored, stuck in the house all the time because it’s snowing like crazy. Then I go online to look something simple up, like I want to get her a mirror because she loves to put on scarfs, hats, and accessories and look at herself in the mirror. She only has a scratched up mirror for a tiny baby, not a toddler. Anyway, she loves Disney princess themed things so I end up looking at tons of toys and they get more and more expensive but I feel addicted to toy shopping. lol It’s all so adorable and cute and it feels like they never have everything you know. I ended up going from mirror to bath toys to dolls to doll houses to toddler furniture. There is just too much cool stuff for kids!
I can definitively feel for you. I have the same reaction. I love shopping for my daughter. I could look forever at cute clothing, especially shoes, toys, furniture, cloth diapers and so on for my daughter. Since I’m SAHM, our budget is limited, so I rarely go overboard actually buying the stuff. But I sure know the temptation.
