Positive Doll’s Eyes

positive doll's eyes
I physically can’t meditate!?

I’m a fairly philosophical and positive person, but I don’t think I can meditate without experiencing problems.

When I close my eyes sitting up, my eyes just feel like constantly ‘twitching’. how can I put it, if I want to keep them closed they’re like pulsing and its too ‘tense’ and distracting. if I loosen my face muscles the eyelids will ‘peek’ the outside and just bob flutter up and down with a small slit or something. Yet I feel like a ‘doll’ as in if I lay on my side my eyes experience no problem but when upright its difficult to control my eyelids.

I think it might be because when I was young I was born with my head stuck and I had to pulled out and put in IVU for a few days. I’ve not been able to raise eyebrows or wink and if I do It’s with great difficulty.

what should I do?

You have to learn to do nothing. Your brain is overactive and needs time to slow down. Meditation is not something you can slot into the rest of your busy schedule. Take a couple of days out and go to a place where you’ve got nothing else to occupy your mind.
