What can you do about being ripped off on Craigslist?
recently sold a barbie jeep on craigslist and the woman who bought it took it home and now says that it doesnt work. I tried it out the night before I sold it and it worked perfectly. I am thinking that she went home and switched my good battery with one that didnt work. She now says she is getting the police involved. Can she really do this or is craigslist buyer beware and nothing can be done? Like I said it had worked for me everytime I used it and I have never had a problem.
