The currency in Peru is the Sol.
$1US = 2.80 Sol
$1A = $0.78 US
One American dollar is equivalent to 2.80 Sol and one Australian dollar is equivalent to 78 US cents. The price of a restaurant meal is 34 Sol. Calculate the price of the meal in Australian dollars.
How do you go about currency conversion problems? I have no idea how to approach them.

if meal is 34 sol and one sol = 1/2.8 dollar then
meal = 12.14285714 dollar
one dollar is 1/.78 A$
so 12.14285714 dollar will be 15.56776557 A$
