NEED HELP! Homemade gift ideas…?
With Chanukkah coming up really soon, I have yet to think of something cute and unique for my boyfriend til today. I decided I would hide little pieces of paper and little gifts in his house (or just his room) when he isn’t looking, then give him hints at night (on the phone) as to where one of those papers are each day and he would find the coordinating gifts, once a day for eight days.
Anyways,he’s a sentimental kind of guy, and I am no rich girl, so I figured most of those gifts, I would make 
Does anyone have any good ideas for homemade gifts that are unique? I want to make a scrapbook for our anniversary, so that’s out. I am open to crazy suggestions too, like dolls and stuff

Last year I made my chocolate chip cookies and put them in jars that I decorated.
I love chocolate chip cookies and they are REALLY yummy if you make them homemade and use almond extract instead of vanilla extract. They taste so much better.
For the jars, I bought a whole bunch of mason jars at a craft supply store for about $2 a piece. I also bought a bunch of different kinds of Christmas ribbon (or you can buy other ribbon too if you want them to be able to use the jar year round). Then I hot glue-gunned the ribbon around the middle of the jar. I also bought some little cookie cutters at Michaels for like 50 cents a piece and tied them around the tops of the jars with some colored string. I put about 4 cookies each in ziplock bags and put them in the jars.
I made the jars in advance so I didnt have to worry about it and made the cookies a few days before Christmas. Hope that helped!! Im trying to find something to make for this year!!
