How do i tell my parents that im really a girl not a boy?
When i was born i was born im a body of a male. Eversince i can remember i have known something was not right with me. When growing up i never liked playing with boys toys suck as trucks but i did prefer to play with barbie dolls and things like that. When i was about 8 years old i began to wear my sister’s clothing and she would let me wear her clothes. Now i live full time as a female and im alot happier.

Well, Stef, I suppose the first thing I should ask is whether or not your parents knew about you dressing in your sisters close.
If so, then they may have known something has been up for a while. Although it is possible though that they denied some of the obvious signs as that… but still, if they do know you’ve been doing that, then it would essentially be easier to deal with and tell them.
If not, then you need to sit down with them in a quiet place (come as a guy, preferably, to show that you haven’t really changed from the person they know and love… if you cant, thats ok too) and talk to them about it. Remain calm and upbeat. Coinfedent and whatnot. Its possible that they may deny it still… but reassure them that you’ve put alot of thought into it and that your an adult and able to make important decisions.
As for how they react, it depends on the family and the situation. You may want to try and tell them when nothing stressful or important is going on as you tell them- as this may skew their emotional responses. These stressful things may be as simple as a bad day or heart surgery.
