where can I find a doll costume?

I want a doll costume for Halloween but I can’t find one. I want a colorful shirt with a puffy skirt… Like the ones Lola (a.k.a. Lilly) from Hannah Montana wears…. also just to let you know I live in ottawa Ontario close to kemptville and brockville!
