hair loss fact´s from experts. dont want clinic information?
my name is luis and last year i went through alot, i lived in la mirada , ca. and i broke up with my girlfriend (wich we have a little girl together) i ended up on a 8,000 dollar debt. i got picked at , at work (poo butt- cagado) and i threw my life away on drugs. i came to a rehab center in mexico city and now i have one year in mexico. in california i used to have my hair short or bald, now i have my hair long but i have meon o receding hair line. i´m happy cause i´m doing good but unhappy cause well of THAT . well my question is if due to that stress and facts did i get hair loss ???? and what can i do
If you don’t want to see it progress than you need to do something about it now, because once the follicles have shrunken and closed for over 2 years or so it will be forever impossible to bring that hair back. Consider Finasteride or Propecia, both of which come in generic versions which are available cheaper from international pharmacies (order online). Consuming lots of soy also helps somewhat, it is a testosterone atagonist to some degree. Be aware that balding is essentially an effect of testosterone, and as such any means to combat it will involve hormonal altercation which runs the (small but very real) risk of diminished sexual drive and/or function.
Topical Minixoidil (Rogaine) will help hair follicles open up and discourage shrinking but it alone is not enough to reverse balding, it will only slow it or enhance the effects of Finasteride/Propecia.
Stress and a bad diet also causes hair loss. Eating right and working out can help.
