Which Barbie doll should I buy as a gift for a collector?

My sister in Law is a huge Barbie doll collector and her birthday is coming up soon, I want to surprise her with a nice high quality limited edition Barbie doll, my budget is around 200 $ I have no experience in this whats so ever, please help me pick or give me suggestions:

I really like the third one, lounge singer looking style. It’s uncommon to see barbies with their hair done like that, and she looks so elegant. I liked the first too, but it seemed very common for that style. I say go for the third.
