Which kind of birthday cake?
Hi! I am having my daughters 11th birthday party on Sunday and I can’t decide whether I should make her a regular baked birthday cake or an ice cream cake. In past years I have made her baked cakes and decorated them with various things (blues clues, sponge bob, barbie, etc.) This year I have decided that she is getting a simply decorated cake “happy birthday”, pretty border, that’s bout it. But should I bake a cake, or make an ice cream cake with homemade ice cream (maybe birthday cake flavor, maybe not).
