Beach themed nursery?
I was thinking about doing a beach themed nursery and I was wondering what you think. It could be for either a boy or a girl.
Here are my ideas:
*I will paint palm trees, surf boards, sand castle, etc. on one wall
*I will hang three small beach balls in a corner of the room from the roof
*I will hang a small clothes line somewhere in the room with doll sized bathing suits and hawaiian style shirts
*I will have a small surf board shelf
*I will hang a short grass skirt border on the top of the window to look like a chickie hut. I may also hang it around the bottom of the crib like a bedskirt.
I may do some of these ideas or all of them. I would not want it to be over stimulating or cluttered looking. What do you think of my ideas? Also if you can think of some cute beach themed ideas please share them. Thanks!
