Looking for plushie making Tutorials?
I am looking into making a Transformer Plushie of Bluestreak (ref pic: http://images1.wikia.nocookie.net/transformers/images/thumb/4/48/G1_Bluestreak_boxart.jpg/506px-G1_Bluestreak_boxart.jpg ).
There is a lady on Deviantart who does TF plushies ( http://suzywong.deviantart.com/ ), but her commissions are too expensive for me so I want to make my own. I’ve tried to make dolls and stuff before but they always come out looking…bad. So I was looking for any web sites with good references, tutorials, and/or techniques that could help.
My biggest issue with the construction is making the head look round, not like an inflated pancake. I plan to make the doll out of felt.
Any and all help or advice would be much appriciated. Thanks!
