Cost of renting an apartment in Dubai?
What’s the exchange rate of Dollars to Dirhams? So how much can I expect to spend on renting a modest two-bedroom apartment near the business districts (in dollars)?
Infact I am also doing some research and the result comming out is not that encouraging. The rental in Dubai are just going up. A two bed room flat in decent location is some what in the range og 75000-80000 Dhs per anum. You can also browse www.gulfnews.com classified and see the flat rentals under Dubai. I am at present living in Kuwait and we were thinking Kuwait is expensive however knowing th ereality aye believe Dubia for sure is damn expensive. Another option people are going for is living in Sharjah and working in Dubai however the Dubai Sharjah road is crowded badly at peak hours to its a drive time of 1hr to 1.5 hours 1 way. But on other hand I have heard people living with in 10000 Dhs per month, I believe its just about compromise if one needs to do base saving one have to go for cheap solutions. Anyways best of luck.
