Funeral for Kalamazoo Public Safety Officer Eric Zapata
The funeral mass for Kalamazoo Public Safety Officer Eric Zapata, shot in the line of duty on April 18, was held today in Michigan. The number of mourners who came out to grieve, was so large that mass was held at Miller Auditorium on the campus of Western Michigan University. Zapata was the father of three children. He was shot responding to a call at local residence.
