7)Use molding clay that is used in construction to build molds and fixtures. Fill the clay in each side of the created box in Step 6. Make sure that the 2 box sides are not closed afterward; just fill them separately for now. 8)Press each half of the separated manikin’s body firmly into the filled molding clay to create a negative impression for the body parts. 9)Do this for the 2 manikin’s sides. 10)Let the molding clay harden. 11)Place the 2 sides of the box on top of each other to make sure that they perfectly align and can sit without leaks if filled with gel. 12)Place the created skeleton in the back side of the created impression. Please make sure that you raise the skeleton from touching the bottom of the back, the skeleton needs to be positioned in the milled of the cast. You can use holders to raise the skeleton. You can easily clean the deformation resulting from using the holders.
