I have removed most of the fatty skin on the actual skin, and after having washed it and put shedloads of borax in, ther are still a few areas of fatty skin and few redish areas of skin aroudn the head.

Now i plan on keeping for a while and doign a worthwhile job and i dont want anything to rott or go smelly, any and all help is greatly appreciated on the matter.

what impact will the extra bits of flesh have on the end result ?* like smell or anthing? i have used lots of borax*
