How can I make this dress for a barbie doll?

its a peasant dress and the corset belt is separate….if you know how to sew it would be easy, but to explain it…no…to much. have you ever sewn a peasant dress or blouse? that would be the place to start. i sew with no patterns, i make my own. i find they fit better. good luck.
