I need help! This has been driving me crazy for three hours. I can remember a kids show from the 90s that they made dolls of the characters. All I can remember is there was a dark haired girl maybe one named sky. The dark hair girl wore cowboy boots. If anyone can remember what they were called that’d be awesome!

Sailor Moon– I think that is what it was. and then when she would turn into sailor moon her hair would change…. but i am not positive. I think that is what you are talking about though.
