HOw much should i try to sell it on ebay?
how much did you pay for it? when did you buy it. If it was in the recent 10 years I would take 30-40% off what you paid. If it was longer than that and a doll still in production maybe 20-30% off. and maybe knock off the price of the trunk or some of the outfits. People want deals when they’re not buying directly from American Girl. Also look at what it’s going for on eBay and market it as a “bundle.” This will appeal to the mom and dad that are looking to buy stuff but don’t really know how to go about it.
I have an old Samantha doll from when I was 8 and she’s still in good condition but I noticed she’s not in production anymore. I think I’d try to sell her for no less than 10% off, if that. I plan on keeping her until I have a daughter of my own, although I only had one additional outfit, one stand, and only a few of her books, not as much stuff as you have. I have it in my attic somewhere with a few other dolls.
