So who else thinks IMVU is lame?
I recently signed up to try out IMVU, and I didn’t like it. If you want to do anything other than chat on IMVU you have to buy things…If you want your avatar name to belong to you, you must pay 19.99 for a membership! I think it’s a bit dumb! I know that the creators of IMVU do this to make money, but so many people waste their money on clothes, houses, beds, etc for their virtual reality doll. If you want your avatar to have new clothes, you have to buy credits, for instance, you get 5,000 credits for 5 dollars or 10,000 credits for 10 dollars. I don’t understand why people want to spend their money on that crap…It’s like pay 19.99 for air. Anybody else feel this way, or want to give me your own input???

yes i agree i dont like paying money but heck 10 dollars gets you along way on there, besides what else are you gonna do with it?
but also if you wanted to you can do the surveys on there and earn credits(for free) by doing it that way. It takes longer but its for those who are a little more cautious about spending money.
but the people on there are great. i love chatting with my friends on there and if you stay on you would at least have one friend in me to chat with.
oh btw the more friends you make the more they may gift you something out of friendship so there are plenty of ways to get the stuff you want on there without spending your real money.
