what would be the cheapest way to send money from Canada to Colombia?
I check o google convering and it says that $9000 canadian dollars convert in 17.323.600 colombian pesos, but I go to western union and their conversion is 17.056.000. in other words my family would get 264000 pesos less, plus they still charge me 115 dolares for the transference.
Does somebody know other way to send money cheaper than western union?

Do your family members have a bank account in Colombia? if so, check with your bank on the fees for an international wire transfer from your account to their account. Or if your family have a Paypal account, that’s easy. I live in the UK and send money to my brother in the US money through Paypal all the time
