How to shrink a dress pattern to fit a Barbie?

I’m trying to make clothes for Barbie, and I’ve found a nice dress pattern that I’d like to make for her. Only problem is that it’s a dress pattern for humans, not Barbie. How can I scale the pattern down so that it will fit my “Fashionista” Barbie?

Here’s a link to the pattern that I’ve found in case you need it to help make conversions.

You will have to scroll down a little bit to find the patterns and measurements. (About half way down the page.)

Thank you for your help!

Measure the doll from wrist to wrist and from shoulder to shoulder. That’s how big the pattern has to be. Click on the pattern and copy and paste it into a Word page then print it and measure it. You can take it to a copy place and have it resized to the size you need. You can also draw it yourself onto a page the size you want.
