You could take a ceramic class and make another doll head in high fire clay and have it fired in a kiln.
While you are at it you could make other parts of the doll
Depending on where you take the ceramic class you could learn mold making and make you doll head in porcelain.
I have been taking ceramic classes in Toledo, Ohio
Edit: The process for making a 2 pieced plaster mold and then pouring porcelain slip is called slip casting. I took classes in 3 studeos; only one studeo was set up for slip casting.
