ehm – the “doll” trend is actually pretty popular in everyday life where i am living now. then again, i am currently living in the aichi prefecture of japan. most girls here that attempt this style are known as “gyaru” or “hime gyaru”. the appearance guidelines for this look are generally pretty strict. the girls that usually are seen with the style are under 90 pounds and extremely pale generally with long, styled hair. maybe it was a bad choice of costume for you this particular year? good luck-
& remember this old rule- if circumstances wont allow you to put 100% of yourself into something, you are better off not to attempt at all.
++ thought i should add that eye makeup detailing is also very important in this case. (contacts, falsies) – the whole look is generally very high pertinence which is why i wrote what i wrote above about making sure your hair, makeup, weight EVERYTHING is collaborating with each other. or else it just doesnt usually turn out the way the look is intended.
