Has anyone ever stayed at Jellystone campground in Gatlinburg tn?
I’m trying to find out how long it takes to drive from Jellystone campground to Dollywood. Any info on campground would be appreciated.
It’s been a few years since I stayed there, but I’m sure the area hasn’t changed too much. Actually, the campgroung is closer to Cosby than Gatlinburg. Cosby used to hold a yearly festival called the Ramp Festival. We used to go see Tennessee Ernie Ford. That show’s how long we’ve been going there. The campground may have done some renovations, hopefully, since we were last there.
The distance to Dollywood is 23 miles and should take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour, depending on traffic. You will be away from all the noise of the town, that’s good.
