I_S_Russell gave a pretty good answer on most of the terms, so I’m just going to add a little bit to round him out.
Pan – The camera stays on a stationary location (either on a tripod or handheld, but not walking), and turns from side to side. This is what differentiates a pan from a dolly shot, where the camera physically moves from side to side.
Tilt – The camera once again is on a stationary, but turns up or down. The moving camera equivalent for this would be the crane shot.
Swish pan/swish tilt – also known as a whip pan/whip tilt. These moves are the same as a regular pan or tilt, but done quickly so as to create a blurring effect on the action.
Crane shot- Russell’s answer is essentially correct, I just want to add that you don’t need an actual crane or boom arm to get a crane shot effect. If your tripod allows you to crank the head up or down, you achieve the same effect. The point is to move up or down without changing the angle.
Steadicam is a harness worn over the shoulders, with a cantilevered arm that projects out in front of the camera operator. The camera is mounted on the arm, with balancing weights attached at the bottom so that the camera remains level regardless of the operator’s movement.
Reverse shot or reverse angle- the angle of this shot is the opposite of the previous shot. Usually this is used when filming dialogue between two people. You shoot one shot of one guy talking, then you flip the angle and shoot the other guy answering him.
