How to make a scary rag doll costume?

How do you make a scary rag doll costume?
I got the hair
Ima just tie it up then tease it then spray it red
But wat about the outfit?
I’m kinda broke right now so i can’t buy a costume
So can someone please help me !

Stitch some red yarn onto a piece of cloth with elastic in it. Take some t-shirt or sheets or something and cut it up. then put a white tank top on over it and put come buttons on it. take some long pants that are old and cut them off. then you may have to buy the tights or socks and just cut them. you could wear some flats or any kind of shoes. Then wear lots of makeup :]
