Help! How do I find a drive letter for USB key that came with toy?
My daughter got a Be-Bratz doll for xmas and I cannot get it to connect to the website. I plugged the USB key that came with it into the computer and it should automatically connect to the website, but it doesn’t. The troubleshooting instructions say to find the drive letter that the USB key is listed under in Windows then open the USB key in Windows and locate the file “justincast.txt”. Copy the line that is in the file and paste it into your web-browser, press “enter” once the line is in your web browser and the website will appear. I do not even know what they are talking about. Can someone please help me?! Thanks!
Well the Drive letter is the name of the drive that windows give’s it so you can identify it, go to my computer then locate the flash drive there . Double Click it to open, search for the justincase.txt file and open it.
