A lot of collector doll items can be extremely expensive.
Blythe’s, while not my cup of tea, are generally going to be mildly expensive.
Hobbies such as this, are expensive and definitely not for everyone.
If it’s for you, you will find a way to get one.
I collect Ball Jointed Dolls, and my doll cost 410$, naked, no eyes, no hair, and with basic make up.
Generally clothing for smaller dolls are not mass produced, unless for say, you get a doll which happens to also wear barbie sized clothing.
One must understand that the clothing is usually handmade, and as it is people are working for normally no more then 5$ an hour to make this tiny bitty piece of clothing, mostly 1$. Not to count the price for the items.
Hobbies like these can sure be expensive, but for some they are worth it. It takes a lot of work, but for me at least – it’s worth it.
I don’t see the appeal in Blythe’s, but I wish you best in your search.
Check eBay and such, you might find a good deal on one.
