barbie doll’s shoes are missing when i bought it. how to contact mattel?
i bought a barbie doll and she didn’t have any shoes on, and she was the only one that’s left there. so i asked the sales lady if she comes with shoes, she said no she doesn’t. but i still bought it. so i went to a different toys store again yesterday to shop for christmas, and i saw an exact same doll, but she has shoes on. i can’t return it to the store because its been a month since i bought it, and i don,t have the receipt anymore. but you can find on the doll’s box the website of mattel’s customers service for replacement of missing parts. so i went to that website, but i don’t know what to do. will mattel really replace that for free? how can i contact them?

You can call the Mattel Hot line and ask for replacement shoes…I did this with a doll that was missing a necklace…and YES they send it out for free.
