Should we have a small government where individuals have to compete in court rooms with Groups Of People?

Should we have a small government where individuals have to sue to get Toyota to recall or take lead paint barbie or bad peanut butter off the shelves. One thing I hear is that a company is a Group Of People or lets just say a GOP for giggles. Do you think you have the money as an individual to compete with a Group Of People in court? And don`t forget because we have a small government in this scenario one kid has already died before we did anything about it. Reactive indeed.

I think that’s a GREAT idea. But then, I’m a lawyer, and I would make an easy fortune.

As long as you want to make sure we have millions of rich lawyers, we should do it.
