Can someone PLEASEPLEASEPLEASEPLEASEEEEEEEEEE help me with this plot for a novel?
need help elaborating on a plot for a novel. It’s for young adults. I can’t think of anything else to add onto this little plot below. I won’t steal your ideas, I promise. This is all I have so far, but it needs something else.
- Girl works in grandparents bakery, almost 18 now.
- Her mother died when she was young and her father is unstable – always on business trips and is constantly visiting with his ‘other’ family he cares about more.
- She has been best friends with boy for about 2 years now, as he works as the delivery boy at the bakery. He is also almost 18. He is her neighbor.
The title is “Barbie Baking Whores” – so please keep the title in mind. Again, I will NOT steal your ideas. I just need some inspiration to get my creativity going. Please make your answer detailed because I haven’t gotten many good answers.

i think the girl should fall in love with some other guy and always talk about him to her bestfriend (the other boy)
Her father should become very rich and come back to take his daugther home, so the girl should become rich and live withher step family and dad
She should then realize that the person she is in love with is actually her bestfriend who should get into another relationship-even though he also loves her, but thnks she loves the other guy- so the girl shouldnt be able to tell him
By the end of the book she should tell the boy-and they should go out, etc
I have no idea about the title though, the things that came to my mind were what i wrote.(How did you come up with that title anyway?)
