What did Barbie doll looked like 30 years ago?

Anyone who remembers from their childhood please answer:

- What did Barbie dolls looked like 30 years ago?

- What were Barbie’s intended occupations back then?

- What was the race or ethnicity of Barbies?

- What was different back then from today’s Barbies?

Answer as many as you feel comfortable with please.

Thanks

I can go back to the first Barbie. Six of my school friends had one each.
She was tall and stiff with a big head,
a painted face, had only blond hair in a pony tail and ridiculously tiny feet, bent up to wear high heels.
She looked like a stuck-up, selfish 21 year-old, and she didn’t do anything.
Her face was more made-up then, than it is now. She didn’t have many clothes, only
clones for friends, no boyfriends and no houses or cars.

I played with a Madame Alexander doll, called Cisette. She was short, had a big head, but had moveable eyes and bendable knees. I thought she was prettier and more natural looking. And, I could relate to her.
